At MavenTree, we believe that everyone is creative and that we all need a little more play time in our lives. Play helps us reach our creative, strategic, and energetic potential. Having fun connects to ourselves and to each other. Every MavenTree experience includes an element of playfulness to spark curiosity, break habitual thinking patterns, and inspire surprising possibilities.
Onsite MavenTree workshops typically include an artistic component to get everyone’s creative juices flowing. The MavenTree facility is also an art studio stocked with a wide variety of items to spark your curiosity and creativity. In addition to typical supplies, your group of up to 12 people may have an opportunity to play and create with postage stamps, Scrabble tiles, watch gears, dried flowers, library catalogue cards, and so much more!
Outside of professional team workshops, MavenTree also designs custom art parties, vision board sessions, and other creatively leaning events. These workshops are the perfect backdrop for fun, connection, and growth – for even the most art-phobic person in your group!
The MavenTree space is flexible and has a variety of comfortable seating options. It can be arranged for group work around tables, circle discussion, video viewing, strategic planning on a giant whiteboard wall, and more.
As a professional facilitator, having a warm and welcoming space is an important part of successful meetings. MavenTree offers just that: the space is flexible, well-appointed, and easy to find. Ariela is incredibly responsive in helping to identify the needs of the group so that the space can be set accordingly, including different spaces for small group work. Having a giant white board wall allows for incredible visual thinking and the artsy vibe spurs creativity.
Ariela worked with me to create an art party for my birthday. She helped us feel comfortable working with the materials and guided us in creating unique collages, whether we considered ourselves artists or not. After the party, she took our pieces and turned them into a beautifully framed assembly that now hangs in my bedroom as a treasured momento. I would highly recommend Ariela’s art events to anyone looking to celebrate special occasions!
Our small nonprofit team worked with Ariela to discover our strengths during a team planning retreat and again for a team art night.
